- Reputation: Expertise scores law firms on the number of professional databases they're in and the average ratings they have received.
- Experience: Scores in this category are based on the educational and professional experience of the firm's attorneys.
- Professionalism: Expertise checks to see how the firm's lawyers treat potential clients. This is often done by calling the firm, posing as a potential client, and giving a score based on the interaction.
Out of the 60 DUI firms Expertise reviewed, it selected only 10 to the 2020 Best DUI Lawyers in Pomona list.
